Most people start with a solution. I start with what's actually blocking progress — resources, regulations, adoption barriers. The constraint is usually the product insight.

82 children in the Autest pilot. 33 participants in the Yale EMA study. A live metro system. Real validation beats internal conviction every time.

Optimize for adoption, not elegance

Autest is still used in 5 special schools and 3 NGOs — because it was designed for the actual user context, not for a demo. Adoption is the only metric that matters.
